As a class, we decided that we would like to gather food to donate to the Christmas Elves food bank. We worked together as a class to decorate a few boxes which were placed around the school for the food donations. We make daily trips to these boxes to collect and sort the food in our room.
We went to visit the Christmas Elves depot today in Devon. They are very excited that we have offered to help. We will be heading back to the depot on Tuesday, December 13th to deliver all the food the students at our school have donated.
